ABOUT
The day after my 18th birthday, I took my first steps into the jewellery trade with Symbol Wholesale Jewellers in Sevenoaks. From there, I went on to study Jewellery Design and Manufacture at Sir John Cass, London Metropolitan University, developing both my technical knowledge and my passion for jewellery design and craftsmanship.
After returning to the trade environment at Symbol and its sister company, Scarab, in Sevenoaks, my skills were recognised by the renowned master craftsman Chris Thurwell. He offered me the opportunity to study and develop my skills on a one-to-one basis at his specialist jewellery workshop, Thurwells, in Tunbridge Wells.
I spent 12 years there further developing my craft, designing and producing exquisite, hand-crafted bespoke jewellery for his loyal and discerning clientele. This invaluable experience gave me a deep understanding of traditional goldsmithing techniques, fine craftsmanship and the importance of creating jewellery that is both beautifully made and truly individual.
I now work from my own studio workshop in East Sussex, where I design and produce individual, one-off commissions alongside my own evolving jewellery collections, which I add to regularly.
I particularly enjoy creating pieces with a strong sense of individuality and craftsmanship, whether designing something entirely new or transforming existing jewellery into something fresh and contemporary.
I am a member of the National Association of Jewellers and the Guild of Jewellery Designers.

Jewellery Services

I specialise in creating one-of-a-kind jewellery and bespoke commissions, working in silver, gold and platinum gem set pieces and on occasion with other materials.
​
As a classically trained goldsmith, diamond mounter and jewellery designer, I combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design and manufacturing techniques. I particularly enjoy the freedom of creating something completely individual — jewellery that has been designed around the individual who will wear it.
​
I also specialise in reimagining and remodelling existing jewellery.
Unworn pieces left in a draw sometimes forgotten or to delicate and sentimental to wear, these pieces all hold memories. I love working with these, understanding the possibilities and creating something completely new — whether that means updating a much-loved piece, combining several items into one, or giving inherited jewellery new life and making sure it is repaired properly or reinvented to last generations to come.

My training and experience allow me to work across a wide range of techniques, from traditional and time-honoured methods to modern approaches. This gives me the flexibility to create jewellery in many different styles, from delicate or understated to sculptural and highly decorative.

My inspiration comes from the people I design for, the materials I work with and the world around me.
Every commission is a collaboration, working closely with my clients throughout the design and making process ensuring the finished piece or pieces feel genuinely personal to them.

Alongside bespoke commissions, I offer a selection of more accessible collection pieces through my studio shop, the studio is available to visit by appointment.

As well as bespoke design and manufacture, I offer jewellery repairs, clean and polishing, rhodium plating, pearl and bead restringing, and advice on the care and restoration of jewellery. I also supply silver cleaning kits.
