Diamond and Opal remodelling
The original Opal cluster ring was owned by someone very loved, it was an important inherited piece. The brief was to transform the jewellery into something reflective of present style and to be everyday wearable and versatile. The round cluster of diamonds were plentiful enough to three quarter cover a band in the customers size and the Opal worked well set in Silver with the original shoulder baguette Diamonds flush set either side, initial thoughts of putting them into the

Padparadscha Sapphire Ring
One of my all time fave stones. A customer had some bought by her sister whilst on travels and decided to have a bracelet transformed into a ring to house her favourite gem. Not all melt ups are the same. Sometimes they are tricky and it is very much dependent on how the original item was manufactured as to the finished melt up to work from. You have to carefully work this out and the metal needed to achieve a desired design result. I added a touch of gold to get the depth n
