Renovations and remodelling Earrings

My work varies so much, sometimes its renovation and rebuilding elements or total pieces, often using existing metal, melting it with new gold for added weight, structure, design elements and tweaks for longevity.

Renovation

A new head and two new diamonds for this sweet little platinum four diamond headed ring expertly set to last another century.

Next the gift

A three tier drop white gold pair of earrings set with little diamonds were donated by a lovely mum to make a pair of earrings for a very special day for her daughter along with grandmas wedding band, the rest of the metal and diamonds saved for future projects so they had something borrowed and something blue rolled into one pair of cute tapered hoops, the blue being these sweet cornflower sapphires added.
